Dagney Strossner, CMHC
Therapist
Changing times, emotional experiences, navigating relationships, grief, stress, and transitions are an unavoidable part of the human experience. I believe every individual holds the gifts of their own power, insight, and grace to heal from suffering. I work to help clients identify and harness their strength and tenacity to live a meaningful and fulfilling life where past experiences do not define or diminish self worth. I work collaboratively with clients to deepen their connection with self, create a fulfilling life path, and regain a sense of control even with presenting stressors. I am here for those who desire an ear as they sort out thoughts, emotions, and behaviors through a non judgemental, present approach.

I strongly believe in the resiliency of humans and in supporting one through empathy, connection, and play. I wholeheartedly entrust in your ability to nurture your strengths and gain greater understanding to lead you towards a path of internal freedom, power, safety, grace, fun, and lightness. I look forward to working with you through your journey.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy doing all things outdoors, either solo and/ or shared with my pup and loved ones. I find the most contentment in the mountains, near a creek or lake, or in the desert. I might be spotted at a trailhead or a music venue. However, I am quite happy to kick back and read a book, enjoy the benefits of yoga, gardening, drinking a cup of coffee and listening to the many podcasts the team or clients offer. I value laughter, connection, and being present in the moment — both in life and in my work with clients.
