Individual DBT
Individual DBT therapy - you’ll work one-on-one with a therapist to better understand your emotions, find motivation for change, and apply new skills to real-life situations. Each session is tailored to your personal goals and values, helping you build a life that feels meaningful to you.
DBT Skills Group
DBT skills groups teach practical tools to help you manage tough emotions and behaviors that may be getting in the way of your goals. You’ll learn in a small group setting, with guidance from a therapist. Groups meet weekly for about two hours. You’ll receive worksheets to practice in between sessions, and mindfulness is woven into each part of the program.
Phone Coaching
DBT phone coaching is focused on providing clients with in-the-moment coaching on how to use skills to effectively cope with difficult situations that arise in their everyday lives. Clients can call their individual therapist between sessions to receive coaching at the times when they need help the most.
